 The Canes scored all of their runs in Saturday’s Game 1 loss in the final two innings.

 It did not take as long for Concord to get its offense going in Game 2.

Concord scored at least one run in the final six innings to even the series at one game apiece. The best-of-5 set switches to Garnet Valley High School for Games 3 and 4 Tuesday and Wednesday. Game time is 5:45.

Ben Faso blasted a three-run homer to highlight a six-run uprising in the fourth inning. He also had an RBI double. Tom Crumlish also had two hits and four RBis. Brian Kirk knocked in two runs. Cole Gamber collected two hits and two runs scored, while Sean Heidig chipped in with two hits.

Andrew Belfiglio fanned three and did not allow a run in five innings to get the win. He also had two hits and drove in a run on a squeeze bunt in the second inning.

Randy Milia belted a three-run homer for the defending champion Mudcats.
