Balanced bombing by Narberth flattens Middletown

Spencer Stokes, Mike White, Joe Ravert, Steve DeBarberie and Luke Cantwell did quite a bit of damage at the top of the order for Narberth Sunday.

The quintet went a combined 12-for-18 with 14 RBIs, 13 runs scored and six walks as the Mudcats rolled over Middletown in the Delco League, 16-5.

Stokes went 2-for-4 with three runs scored and two RBIs out of the leadoff spot. White was 3-for-3 with four runs scored and three RBIs. Ravert hit for the cycle as the No. 3 hitter. He was 4-for-4 with five RBIs and three runs scored. DeBarberie was 1-for-2 with two runs scored and one RBI as the cleanup man. Cantwell was 2-for-5 with three RBIs and one run scored.

Ryan Haley was the beneficiary of that offense. He allowed five hits and three earned runs in five innings to get the win.
