Tommy Toal set the tone in the opener with a grand slam as part of a 20-hit explosion that led to a 12-0 lead after two innings. Spencer Stokes homered and drove in four runs, and Richie Tecco also homered among three hits.

Sean Spratt (three runs), Brian Meagher (two RBIs) and Jack Shevlin (RBI) each tallied 3-for-4 days. That made things easier on Marty McKeon, who went six innings for the win, striking out seven.
