Middletown thumps Chester, unbeaten in last four

The Middletown Lions rolled to a 10-4 victory over Chester Friday night to run their unbeaten streak to four games.

Pitcher Tim O’Keefe struck out five and went the distance to lead the upward trending Lions, who have won three games and tied another to elevate to 7-13-1 on the season.

Jim Quinn contributed two hits and two RBIs and Andrew Abrams added two hits and two RBIs.

Tim Parkes totaled two hits, including a double, and one RBI.
